The Phone App Company® is the ideal solution for small businesses looking to create brand loyalty and frequent buyers. We do so by providing small businesses with a mobile application that rewards customers for frequent visits through coupon rewards that are unlocked using our “check in coupon system.”

When a customer “checks in” at the business’s location, they will receive a loyalty reward coupon for their 10th, 25th, etc. check in. This discount coupon system can be completely customizable by you, the business and can be easily edited in real time via http://apps.MyTPAC.com, our clients’ user panel.

These coupons will appear as icon images on the application and when they are validated, they will be deleted with the push of a button and a code entry on the user’s phone by the employer in order to ensure a coupon is not used multiple times. This also alleviates the need for additional hardware equipment to verify the coupon such as barcode scanners or unique coupon codes, allowing a low start up cost for new businesses. This system is super simple, cost efficient, and very usefull for small businesses to build up brand-loyalty with their customers.

Uploading your app to the iTunes App Store is included in the Application Design package when we design your app. If you would like to charge for your app, not an issue, either way, you will need an Apple Developer account of your own. Apple requires that every business who creates an app owns their own Apple Developer account. Only we can submit the app which was created through our system to the iTunes App Store using your Apple Developer Account credentials. We do not allow you to submit it on your own.

The Phone App Company® can create your app in 2 weeks and submit your iPhone app to the iTunes App Store and Android Market once it’s done. iPhone apps will require approximately 2 more weeks for approval and addition into the iTunes app store.

The Phone App Company® was started by South Bay Website Design and a bunch of mobile developers who were tired of seeing businesses pay tens of thousands of dollars for iPhone applications. So we put our heads together and developed a content managed system that allows us to offer iPhone and Android applications at a fraction of the price with all the premium features included.

Looking to notify your customers of a sale or event? The Phone App Company® allows you to send “push notifications” right to your customers iPhones or Android device. Log into your account, enter the information you want to send, and click send! Couldn’t be easier.The push notifications can be sent as text, a url, an app tab, or images and with our amazing “Geo Fence” system, you set set up boundaries that anyone who enters gets the message.

The goal of the App Build Service is to get your iOS apps approved. Therefore we will only create apps that will be approved by Apple.

We require the business’s website and any high quality images that you want to use, and we’ll handle the rest.

We will only input the first 5 items within a mobile food ordering, shopping cart, and/or point of interest tab(s).

We will not do any edits, minor changes or back and forth revisions to our completed app builds. These are up to you and can be viewed as a way to learn the platform.

We will not enter app name, icon, splash screen etc.

Applications are initially created for iPhone 4 and iPads. We have an add-on option available for $150 per add-on. Optional Add-ons: iPhone 5.

App build requests we will not approve:

1. Any app build request that falls into the “No-Go” industries.
2. Clients that lack high quality images and dynamic content.
3. E-commerce websites that require full content population

PLEASE NOTE: Our app builds are built and ready for Apple approval (unless you have too many items for the shopping cart). If you make drastic changes to your application, which fall outside Apple’s strict approval standards, your app will be sent into our (QA) review process. Therefore, our app development team will no longer be responsible for making changes to your app in order to gain Apple approval.

**APP BUILD FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE**

If you get an app review from us that suggests that adding more features with interactivity and/or iOS functionality would please Apple and improve the app’s chances of approval, then you might be wondering what features will work on the HTML5 mobile website version of your app.

Below is a list of all of the features on our platform, a red dot indicates that the feature will improve the app’s chances of approval with Apple, a blue dot indicates that the feature will work on the HTML5 mobile website version of an app.

What is a "No-Go" industry?

  • An App Company – There’s no way Apple will approve it. -Any Marketing/ PR / Website Design Companies will never get approved by Apple.
  • Weddings or Personal Events – Apple won’t approve an app that’s about a wedding or any other personal type events. It isn’t for the marketplace and once the event is over it will most likely never be used ever again. Apple does not want trivial unused apps consuming space in their app store.
  • Adult Content – No adult themes, nudity or questionable content. That includes gentlemen’s clubs, escort services, adult entertainers etc.

Apps created for these types of industries are a no way . They directly violate two of Apple’s biggest rules….

Apps cannot be solely marketing website replacements , meaning the app cannot only list your services or things your company has done. There must be cool and useful functions to the app. They must contain some dynamic content, meaning there must be a reasonably useful function to the App. Why will someone find the need to open this App more than once? If not, Apple will reject it.

Even if you may believe your app doesn’t exactly violate these rules and does have a useful purpose, so long as it falls into one of these “No Go” industries Apple will still reject it.

We will not upload apps that fall into any of those industries in order to save us both the time, headaches and disappointments involved.
